Jarred was really helpful and friendly right from when we walked through the door. He knew about the items we needed to know more about (specifically the cooler) and it made it much easier for us to make decisions about what we needed to get.

A great experience in Farnborough Store
I had a great experience in the Farnborough store today, both Jarred and Ali were most helpfull sorting out new boots for me and then dealing with a refund. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
I am sure I will be back again before the end of their closing down sale!

Exceptional customer care from all the staff
Exceptional customer care a friendly welcome and a gentle, no-pressure approach to help. Alana, Luke, and Jarred were incredibly helpful. They quickly checked their stock for a pair of outdoor chairs that I couldn’t see and safely retrieved them from a high shelf. Checkout was fast, and they even offered to carry the bulky items to my car. Fantastic service from a fantastic store!

This shop is great
This shop is great, in a really good location, perfect when we need things for expeditions. We have bought waterproof jackets, walking boots, tents, camping food and loads of other things from the store. All of the staff are very well informed on the products and really helpful.
