Conner at the Harlow store is a star
Conner at the Harlow store is an absolute star. His camping knowledge was superb, he was able to talk through an entire camping set up for the family often able to relate that to personal experience of the kit. He's genuinely a reason to go back to that store in particular. What a great guy!
On the store front, there's a bunch of interesting kit there. If you enjoy camping you'll love this place!

Dave served my wife and I, as we were looking for walking shoes/boots for both of us. He was very patient while my wife tried various shoes, unfortunately she didn’t buy them, as her choice was not in stock.
He was very friendly and helpful while I made my selection.

Had to return under guarantee a good quality , after an inspection and simple proof of purchase, the faulty garment was exchanged like for like. The manager John and assistant Jack could not have been more obliging.
