Found what I needed. Very helpful staff. Had to wait quite a while at the tills.

The store was well stocked and staff were all really helpful. Jamie helped me find the right tent and took this to the til for me. Very helpful and great service! Five stars ✨

Great store! Staff are very considerate and knowledgeable. Maddie on the tills was especially helpful getting me set up with membership.

I visited the store this morning and I was so very impressed with the service I received. Conner the store manager could see me looking a bit lost and asked what I was looking for , when I told him he paired me up with Dave who was really knowledgeable about the camping fridges and helped me choose the one right for me . Tamzin was on her way to a break but stoped to help me with sola showers and Dave on the till made my whole experience of Harlow go outdoors memorable by helping me with my oversized purchases . Thank you guys I will definitely be back

I was returning a defective item of clothing, as I entered the store, I was approached by a member of staff who ask me what my problem was I showed them the item with the issue and was told to get a replacement. On arrival back at the tills the member of staff was aware of my issue, they looked up my account found the transaction which turn out to be February process the exchange. Both members of staff were a delight to deal with and I don't think the whole event took much more than 5 minutes. What wonderful customer service

I wasn't notified that my order had arrived in store so I had to spend time on the telephone trying to track it down, which i did eventually.
I returned the item as it wasn't suitable and I wanted an exchange at the same time but I was unable to.
I was informed as it was an online order they couldn't do that which I found unacceptable a nd ridiculous.
Not a very professional response.

Had a very positive experience at Go Outdoors in Harlow. Staff were cheerful, helpful and polite.

We were on our way to a Soul Festival and need a sturdy camping chair. Good variety avsilabke and eady to see the maximum weight capacity. Abi was very friendly and helpful. Checking my membership, ensuring that I was in date. She pointed out the directions to the toilet and kept my purchases safe behind the till.

I needed assistance with my GO Outdoors purchase choice today and Leah was extremely helpful, professional and courteous.

Paul - Bike repairs and customer service.
Paul is genuinely passionate about what he does. He is knowledgable, really cares about your bikes, he is thorough and will give you some really useful honest advice.
Honestly the best service I've had as a customer in a long while, he went above and beyond.

The price was good and the item very good. The staff struggled to get the iPad to work but were still very polite

Special thanks to Staff & Paul the Cycle "Technician" for checking over my son's bike, a previous purchase at Harlow branch of Go Outdoors. Absolute attention to detail and first rate advice and care of rider and machine.

We had such an amazing experience with a member of staff that I only felt it fitting to write a review.
I needed new walking boots after wearing my old ones to an inch of there life! We were served by a young man called Caleb, he was so charming well mannered and extremely helpful, this young man was a credit to this store and if only more assistants were as helpful as him. I come away wanting to shop there again, as nothing was to much and I wasn’t rushed. Credit to this young man keep up the great work your going to go far in life. Thank you

I went into the store to purchase some OS maps for my scout group. I needed 3 x OL6 and 3 x OL7 active maps. I was only able to find 1 on the display rack. I asked a member of staff for assistance and she returned from the stock area with the maps I needed. I then began queuing to pay. Leah saw that there was a number of people waiting and jumped on a till. A really pleasant experience and clearly someone that is happy at work and there to help. Great work Leah.

Always grear customer service in the Harlow store. I placed my order outside the store and staff swiftly sorted out the order for me as it was a quiet time of day, so it saved me from having to return layer that day to collect. Full marks to the ladies in Harlow!!
