The amazing professional service I received from Warren was second to none. He was so helpful and nothing was too much for him. Warren is an absolute credit to Go Outdoors and an example of true first class customer service.
I would also like to Thank Maddie for her amazing service also.

I had a problem trying to do a click and collect for a spare part I urgently needed, so I rang and spoke to Leah who was very helpful and arranged to have the item put back for me by the counter ready for when I called in. What a lovely shop, we have a caravan and there was everything you could need. Big carpark too which was helpful as we had the caravan in tow.

I go to this go outdoors as all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Today as always, Dave has done a remarkable job. His knowledge and advice is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Over many years this has remained consistent and I am never disappointed.
I’d like to thank you all for always providing a great shopping experience.

I was looking at walking boots and although there was no one in that section (maybe they were busy) I approached Emily who was very pleasant, polite and provided a top class service. She fetched probably 4 or more sizes of boots from their stock room until I was satisfied with the pair I was going to purchase. Emily’s attention to detail was excellent and it was a pleasant experience to be served in such a helpful manner.

Every time I come to Go Outdoors in Harlow all the people working there are extremely helpful with their guidance, patience and general customer service. Today it was a man called Warren who assisted me with buying some walking boots.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to buy some walking boots for my wife The lady who was on that section helped me out a lot.
I explained what I needed the boots for and she gave me advice and showed me the different boots and helped advise me. The pair I purchased my wife was over the moon with. I would also like to say thank you to the girl on the tills Maddie who was also extremely helpful and pleasant. I received great customer service and felt looked after. Would definitely recommend the company great value and support from staff to make your shopping experience complete

Harlow store for Go Outdoors was great! And we had a great experience thanks to the help of an employee named Maddie, very helpful and efficient, even when we made a pricing mistake on our side, she explained it and was patient with us when changing tents, also great help from a employee named Dan too.

Needed to make a purchase of a new pair of walking shoes. Was assisted by a lady whose name I didn’t get I’m afraid but she was most helpful and had a great ability to interact with her customers. Although I’ve been here before, today was the best experience I’ve had in the store and it was good to see such a high level of service and interest from the team.

Maddie helped us with our purchase as well as joining Go Out Doors. The customer service we were given 100% . If more colleagues engaged with customers with such great customer service Go out doors would be a pleasure to shop out.
