Fantastic service from Charlie
3 of us called in on our way back from a great walk around Hathersage, wet and giggly after slipping into the river from the stepping stones.
Charlie was really helpful checking stock and giving advice on the clothing we were looking at. Although the youngest member of staff, Charlie was really knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. We even learned how to roll our new hooded tops into a handy pillow. How did we not not that before?
Thanks, we loved shopping with you and look forward to wearing our new “uniform” on future adventures in the Peak District.

Good advice provided
I needed a new pair of walking boots as my 3 year old Scarpa boots were reaching the end of their life. I went into the Hathersage branch with an open mind about what boots to buy, I was given some really good advice by Jon who gave me several options on differently priced boots. From this I was able to pick a suitable pair.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Querky shop layout but in a nice way. Staff pointed out the options to get good value for money. Bought a heated Gilet a few weeks ago for my Dad who is 84 and always cold. He loves it.

Bought some new hiking boots
Bought some new hiking boots, had lots of help and assistance with picking out the right pair, and tried on several pairs. It was well worth coming in store to make sure they were the right fit, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new pair of boots.
