Great service from Kyja on a visit today. All staff were lovely and helpful.

Visited the store this morning to buy some lightweight walking boots for a trip to Costa Rica. Karen in the footwear dept was great, really helpful and happy. I got my boots and they are fab…but I also found some great easy wash/dry t-shirts and some 3/4 length trousers…oh, and a lightweight waterproof jacket. That’s me sorted now, all in one shop, no slogging round the town, plus not one thing online! Excellent. I’d give six stars if I could.

Went in looking for light walking boots. There was a good selection and Kimberley on footwear was so friendly and knowledgeable, finding my size and advising me on how to look after them.

Kyja at the checkout was also very helpful.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for anything outdoors in Huddersfield.

You should label your shelves properly there are price labels with products above them that are not the right product when questioned at the till the supervisor/manager came over he wasn't apologetic he was quite rude, we didn't buy the products due to being treated awful.

Karen served me and her customer service was excellent. Some good bargains here too!

Great customer service from Sophie. We're patient, whilst tyring on about 8 pairs of walking boots. Offered great advice including ordering from the website if they had not got the size in stock.
Bought a pair of boots inshore and will order a pair on line when in store membership updates.
Lovely check out service from Karen ensuring purchases were correctly sized and very freindly.

I recently bought some hiking clothing at a reasonable price, and I was impressed by both the quality and the value for money.A special mention to Abigail at the checkout - she was super efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. We were looking for some hiking boots for my daughter and had chosen some to try on, we were shown where to pick the different sizes and once we’d chosen one of the staff, Kimberley, showed us that we could save by buying the kids version which was almost the same but less expensive, great service looking after the customer and getting them the best deal, will certainly be going back

Kimberley had extensive knowledge of walking shoes and boots. She knows the design idiosyncracies of each manufacturer. She was patient and very helpful indeed.

I needed a pair of walking boots. I have searched everywhere. I got a pair last week and they weren’t right. I took them back without any problems. I then got annother pair which anre perfect and the staff, particularly Thistle couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.
