I was very pleased that there was a good choice of sizes in the specific items I was looking for and Holly was very helpful and efficient in providing them. A good experience all round.

We came in to store to try and find some footwear for my teenage son, who has wide feet and sensory issues.
Kim was brilliant with us, calm, patient, made appropriate suggestions based on observations, answered our questions and no hard sell.
As a result we walked away with 2 pairs (none of us wants to go through this too frequently), one of which was the pair suggested by Kim and the other was the same brand.

I visited the Huddersfield Leeds Road store on Friday to replace my walking sandals after they finally died towards the top of an Italian mountain the week before. Lots of help and advice from Kimberley who also went a put the box behind the till for me whilst went and I picked up another couple of things. Genuinely helpful staff, with everything I wanted in the sizes I wanted in stock. Thank you.

Today, I’d have given 5* for the service in Huddersfield store as the team were helpful when our kids wanted to buy a teepee but the one they could afford was out of stock but the staff managed to find us another one for the same price, two happy little girls! However, last week a staff member advised the nearest stockist of riding boots was Wakefield, drove to Wakefield and was advised they closed that department quite some time ago! Now I understand the difficulty with trying to stay up to date, their website wasn’t that helpful with this information either, but it was a waste of my time and fuel 😔

I managed to purchase everything that I set off to buy and for a very decent price

I was able to find the product I wanted (walking sandals) and received efficient assistance on the shop floor and cheerful service at the till from Keira

My husband & I came to purchase walking shoes. Kimberley was really helpful in guiding us to the pairs we needed for our specific uses. She was very knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humour. Kiera dealt with us in a courteous manner at the till. All in all a great experience

I had visited the store previously to look at walking boots and had come back to purchase them, unfortunately the make model I wanted was not available in my size, but kimberley advised me was to next best ones and taught me new way to do the laces up so that I have them tighter around the ankle. Thanks again. I will always check Go Outdoors for anything to do with walking etc.

Broad range of hiking boots at great prices (for members). Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Kim on Footwear was particularly helpful when choosing boots for both myself and my husband.

I would like to reccomend Jake for his excellent customer service when I visited you Huddersfield Leeds road store.
He was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to help me find everything that I needed to purchase for our camping trip. Thank you

I went shopping at Go Outdoors in Huddersfield for the first time, and the shop is amazing. The young cashier, Keira, was super polite and gave great customer service. I'll definitely be shopping there again.

Popped in to the Huddersfield shop recently I knew what I needed so didn’t need any help
As such on this visit. The whole place was well stocked the staff available if needed and I was served by Maggie who was very pleasant and chatty.

I had a couple of questions regarding the products I was buying today and Kiera at the Huddersfield store was super helpful.

I called in the morning to see if the inflated mattress were in store. The cashier ran around to see whilst she placed me on old, with some lovely hold music.

She came back onto the phone to say they had them In stock, x display and she would provide extra discount. So I reserved three.

I came in the late afternoon, and Keira helped to locate the three mattresses. I changed 1 of them for a double. Keira once again ran around to find what was available and she was so helpful.

So I bought two single berghause, and 1 double.

Fantastic service from such friendly and amazing staff, both whilst on the phone and in person.
