Amazing and super friendly staff
Amazing and super friendly staff. The woman at the till was super welcoming and friendly and the rest of the staff were the same. A few helped me find something I couldn't locate in the store in a matter of seconds.

Large go outdoors store with a great selection of camping equipment on offer. All the staff are very welcoming. Jake helped us today. We enquired about the price of a tent we had seen online. He helped us get the price matched instore by using my blue light card. Also helped us take the products to the till. Nothing was too much of an ask. Thankyou Jake.

Was made do welcome first time ask about a tent box, was told one leftover i paid in full,ask if they come store it till I got my roof bars and was told yes no problem, on Thursday I call ba k to get on tent box,and was asked by chaise do I need a hand put it on ,chaise went about what he needed to do but I glad he did,many thanks to all the staff who helped me with. Kimberley knowledgeable and helpful
Kimberley helped us with choosing men and women’s walking shoes. I was trying on shoes and nothing was too much trouble as we kept asking plenty of questions. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing a great pair of shoes and I’m really happy with them. My husband was unable to buy a pair he liked as size 6 is not sold.

Excellent service by one particular staff member named Thistle. I’ve never been to this shop before. I’m not a camping person however, 2 camping chairs later who knows. I feel sure I will venture into this shop again. Just wanted two camping chairs the staff member Thistle ushered me to a range of chairs. I was so unsure but with some excellent advise and a try I found 2 chairs I was extremely happy with. Then to top it all I got £25 discount when I joined their membership club.
