Merrell walking boot
I went in for some walking shoes for the three peaks, i couldn't see anyone around for help so I asked someone and they sent Kim to help me. I told her what I wanted and she went through all my best options. They didn't have my first choice so she brought our a few pairs to try. Kim was very helpful and told me exactly what I needed, I opted for a boot in the end as it was like putting a paid of slippers on. Kiera served me at the till and was very friendly. Very positive experience as I'd no idea what I wanted and I got the help I needed.

We visited the store in huddersfield retail Park
When we were looking around the girl assistant was so helpful asking what we were looking for and when we checked out the girl on the till said my card had run out no problem sorted straight away excellent service

This shop can be a minefield when looking what to buy. I was fortunate to be helped by Mia who guided me on what to buy. She had a wide range of knowledge and made my life a lot easier.

Excellent customer service from all staff, notably from Keira who guided us towards membership and saved us over £100 on products we needed for my daughter’s school trip. New walking shoes
Great service today from Jake. Needed new walking shoes after my second pair of Hi Tec did exactly as first pair did after 18 months summer wear only and leaked water. Water came up from soles and I ended up with extremely wet feet after a walk around a town. . Soles on that particular shoe aren't very thick and perhaps this needs highlighting back to Hi Tec. Jake was very good at finding a walking shoe that was much sturdier on the sole and in fact I bought two pairs of walking shoes.
