We received good customer service from an assistant called Carrie. She helped us choose which tent was suitable for us and which was good value for money. Very helpful.
Visited on 29th Aug, looking for a whole new set-up. Liked that there are a number of tents inside/outside, so you are able to see some pitches. We were helped by Katie, who is lovely & knew her stuff when it came to the tents. The store had Sales on too, so managed to get some bargains. Not sure of the lads name who served us at the till, but also very polite. Thank you for the help/advice.
