It was easy to find the products I needed, and I was lucky enough to find both half price with membership, plus the Scout Association discount I get, so I felt I got a bargain. When paying, Matthew was lovely, very friendly and helpful when my card wouldn’t scan, and apologised if there was a delay (there wasn’t), because it was his first shift 🙂.

We were given great customer service by Eve in the Hull Store on Clough Rd. She helped us choose the correct size walking boots for my 7 year old grand daughter. Right down to walking over the wooden bridge on tip toes to stomping down the other side to settle the boot in. Nothing was too much trouble, as she offered different sizes until we were happy. Eve then offered us help to choose a fleece and water proof coat. She made us aware of a discount offer on socks, if bought with boots, so we bought a pair of socks too. Eve was really helpful and made our visit memorable.

I visited my local branch on Clough Road in Hull. There was a members discount issue with an online order I was collecting from the store - Leah happily dealt with the problem efficiently, she is a credit to your team.

Matthew had great customers service very helpful and polite young man.

I called into the store for walking boots. A young lady named Eve helped me. She was extremely helpful and polite. Very refreshing to have sales staff like this, bringing back the old value that so many have forgotten.
When I paid for my goods I was served by Matthew who explained he was new and apologised for him being slow to serve, this I didn’t mind as we all have to learn.
He also was extremely polite.

Matthew was quick and good. Signed me up for a membership card as well.

We went in to find some hiking shoes and were contemplating which to choose and eve was great in helping us pick the right ones for us ,very good staff member

John was so helpful! We couldnt get the deluxe emperor bundle deal to work online but when we came in store John was amazing. He took us straight to the area we needed to be and when the 5m tarp wasn't there he checked another area of the store before checking on a tablet and finding out there were some in the stock room and bring one out for us to complete the set. Excellent customer services. Would shop in-store over online always in future!

Staff were really friendly and efficient always love coming to this particular store staff always happy to help !

Liam and the store staff were very helpful and organiser the cycle PDI for us within a few days of purchase.

Just popped into Hull store, unfortunately they didn't have the tent I wanted. But the assistant Carrie was so helpful pointed us in the right direction and rang the York store for us. Great service

Liam looked after me throughout — knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about bikes. He made sure the setup was spot‑on and answered every question without any fuss. The lovely Eve went to search for shoes and boots for me as soon as I asked her. She came back with what I asked for and some alternatives. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Eve has only been at the store 2 weeks and is already a credit to the company. There definitely should be more people like her so thank you so much for making my shopping so easy!! I purchased 2 pairs of walking boots and at a great price! Would definitely recommend this store as the lady at the till was very pleasant too.

I had a great experience in store, also excited to pick up my first bike. Also the staff member ( Jack ) was very helpful and checked the safe conditions of the bike! We need more people like him! Thx

Pleasantly helpful and efficient staff made the click & collect of a large item (roof-box) quick and easy.

Kylie was very helpful on me buying a water bottle! Friendly. And then leonie helped me on the till...great customer service on a hot Sunday afternoon!
