The store had exactly what I needed in the first two instances and then for the third product the store assistant (Kerry) was able to help with product advice. I’m happy with my purchases.

Efficiency at its best!
I needed to return a faulty clothing item purchased from Go Outdoors- Leeds in laye February 24. I called the Leefs store and explained the situation and asked if I could return to a newly opened local store (Ilkley) rather than to Leeds. The young lady said yes no issues. I travelled to the Ilkley store together with the faulty item and the young lady sddustant wad very welcoming and efficient - as were all her colleagues. The manageress of the store authorised immediate replacement without any issues other than completing some paperwork and showing my membership card. Perfect and very efficient together with me making a further unplanned purchase whilst there.
All four of the staff were very presentable, efficient, welcoming and helpful.
I'm will be visiting the Ilkley Express Store for any future requirements

Disappointed experience
Sales staff lacked in store information, and totally messed up my payment.
The attitude of one of them was bordering on rude.. Very disappointed ☹️
However the manager was great, efficient and a good leader .
Usually my visits to your stores are positive

Excellent range of goods and service
The area manager happened to show me walking boots and was extremely helpful. I chose some Scarpa boots in the sale after he had given me loads of information. I then purchased a waterproof jacket and was helped by 2 young ladies to make a choice. No pressure and delighted with both items
