Good shopping experience
Was served by Alex who was so helpful and informative but not at all pushy. Shopping there was a delight, and there was plenty of choice. Got the walking shoes I needed and other bits of kit. Good place to shop!

One of the best shops to open in Ilkley. If you are a lover of all things outdoors, quality and range of products is excellent- with a membership card, discounts are very generous. Being an express store, it doesn’t stock the full range, but I usually find what I want and helpful staff will order anything they don’t stock.

I found just what I was looking for…
I found just what I was looking for with a lot of choice . Alex was very helpful, understanding the issues involved , with no pressure at all for me to buy . There was a small flaw on one of the sandals so he arranged for a newer pair to be ordered. Harry , working on the till, sorted out the ordering and payment in a very pleasant, efficient manner .

Great to discover a Go outdoors in…
Great to discover a Go outdoors in Ilkley, saved a 30 mile round trip. They had my usual Salamons in stock and I saved money with their price match offer. Jack and all the staff were courteous and helpful and I left feeling my visit was very worthwhile. Thank you

Fantastic staff
Great customer experience. Staff upstairs in the boot department are very helpful and patient. Kerry was outstanding on my visits and extremely helpful in rectifying a payment issue and later a faulty goods return without any issues. Will definitely shop there again.

I visited the shop in Ilkley for a new…pair of shoes
I visited the shop in Ilkley for a new pair of shoes as my old pair had disintegrated.
The chap who served me gave great customer service and explained all the options which would suit me.
I tried a number of shoes on and left a very happy customer.
They even disposed of my old shoes.
Great service all round and fantastic value for money!!
