Ashley went above and beyond today . Nothing was too much trouble . He helped me solve a problem with my bag which solved a big problem for me and my future travel plans. Great customer service . Laura was also wonderful . Both a credit to the store.

Was very happy with the way they quickly sorted out my return jacket. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to solve problems quickly.

Eve was really helpful, lovely service and doing what she could to help. No pushy sales tactics and staff helped show where the products were.

Really helpful member of staff in the footwear department.
Dean was very patient with me trying on lots of pairs of hiking boots, answered my questions and also offered advice.
I was there almost an hour comparing the pros and cons of different boots, thank you Dean for being so helpful :-)

My husband wanted to buy a new pair walking shoes, Emma was very knowledgeable about style of shoe which would suit his feet, very friendly and patient.
Service at the cash desk with Nicole was very good at sorting discounts out.
Highly recommend the store.

Went to the ipswich store, the place is amazing with amazing staff, their all kind and helpful and not ignorant. I was looking for walking shoes and Ash really helped me out, also helping me stay within my budget which was extremely helpful.

Was served today by Emma whilst looking at some walking shoes. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was very knowledgeable.

I came in to try on a pair of hiking boots and was excellently served by Denise who made sure I had the best size and type of boot. Matt on the till was quick and helpful when sorting my membership.

Very polite and helpful

Went to the Ipswich store to buy a new waterproof coat and was served by Aiesha . She was very good and knew her products and could answer all the questions I asked her. She was also very polite and her customer service was first class. I then went to the check out where the customer service was NOT first class which was disappointing. My coat was not folded or zipped up , just in a pile on the counter. When buying a coat for £180 I would expect it to be folded neatly. In fact what ever I buy should be folded neatly. Every customer should be looked after

Laura was very helpful when I was choosing a jacket. Very knowledgeable on the types of jackets and did not make us feel rushed at all.

Walking Shoes.
Aiesha served us today for walking shoes. She was extremely helpful and patient while my son was trying on several pairs to get some that fitted well. I was very impressed.

My wife and I just visited the Ipswich Go ahead store to purchase some walking shoes.
We were looking at the display and needed a bit of advice so I spoke to a lovely young lady named Aiesha, she was very helpful and patient and when we said we wanted waterproof walking shoes she recommended gore-tex as the best option so we tried on several different shoes with gore-tex whilst deciding which to buy.
Eventually we made a decision and bought a pair of shoes each and walked out very happy with our purchases. We look forward to some nice walks with dry feet, thanks Aiesha for your help.

Extremely helpful staff.
When returning a pair of faulty boots I was offered a refund as replacement not available - no quibbles just smiles.
A couple of weeks later I returned to store to chose an alternative brand and am a very happy lady. Shout out to Ashley who was so chatty and helpful. Being a mountain guide, he knew what he was talking about - so nice to chat with staff who could relate to mine and my husbands mountain experiences.

Really wide range of walking boots on offer. Great prices! Dani served us and took time to help our son (with Down’s syndrome) get the correct size boot that fit well. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately had to return a pair of boots. Went expecting an argument and what I got was pleasant, helpful staff. Was offered a refund or replacement within a couple of minutes. I chose a replacement and was then, helped by Dani, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, to choose a replacement pair. Gold stars all round 🌟
