Great Assistants
Second visit to this store in a month. Both Celeste and Jackie were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive item and gave me the time to choose what was best for me. Friendly and chatty ladies, who are both a great asset to the store. I purchased on both occasions.

Excellent Customer Service
All of the staff we spoke to today were really friendly and helpful.
When we got to the checkout we were pleasantly surprised when Matt informed us that we could get 3 for 2 on our water bottles which was very kind as we were completely unaware. He even knew where some more stock was when I found the shelf I went to wax empty 😊

Awful
half of order refunded as not available, went to collect the remaining part of order from my local branch as instructed via email, staff said they have no record of order and and I have to contact online customer service to resolve.
unfair to blame any individual at the branch, more the click and collect system.

Went to buy walking boots for my upcoming holiday. Denise was extremely helpful and knew straight away which ones would suit my wide feet. She fetched several pairs and was very patient. Definitely knew her stuff!
It was a nice spacious environment and prices were very good too!

The guy who served me on the till was…
The guy who served me on the till was great, very friendly and helpful. I forgot my blue light card until I had paid but he happily refunded the additional discount for me. Unfortunately the other staff on duty weren't equally pleasant or it would have been 5 stars.

Poor communication regarding Click and Collect
Ive always had excellent service from Go Outdoors but was let down with my latest order. I tried to place this multi item order for delivery to my home address but for some reason one of the items was deemed unsuitable for delivery. Disappointing but I could still collect from my nearest store.
However, after 8 days and no email to let me know it was in store and awaiting collection. I eventually visited the store to find that, thankfully, it was there.
Communication definitely needs improvement regarding the items ready for collection and if an item is unsuitable for delivery can you indicate which item is not suitable.
