Really helpful staff
We visited the store today to purchase some walking shoes for my husband. Lewis gave us some great advice about the durability of the shoes on offer. He was really pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. We purchased a pair of walking shoes he recommended and came away very happy. Thank you Lewis.

Visited the Go Outdoors branch on York Road, Leeds, a couple of days ago. I was very impressed with the service provided by Mike. He took the time to guide us in choosing the right walking boots and helpful throughout. Highly recommend Mike and the excellent service he provides.

Great choice and customer service
Looking for walking boots and lightweight rain coats.
Girl on footwear was very helpful. Found just what we wanted.
Young man by the coats directed us to the right department but we couldn't find what we wanted. Redirected us to the sale rail and found exactly what we wanted at half price.
Amy on the tills, sorted out the sale item and asked a manager to match the sale price of an identical item.
Great service from all the team.
Really impressed on Monday morning (8th June. 10am)
