I like the customer service is think it's excellent

I visited the Leeds store York road for my 8 year old son some walking boots. We were browsing when Mike came to us and asked if we would like some help. Mike was brilliant lots of information and very clued up everything to do with all the boots. Thanks very much Mike plus all the staff at the shop great service.

Mike really knows his onions when it comes to pre creased leather and merino wool socks. This is our second visit and we knew we were in safe hands, we specifically come to this store because Mike works there!

We have just bought a pair of hiking boots for our daughter. We really appreciate Mike's professional recommendations. He was able to explain everything we needed to know to make the right choice. He is so nice and friendly, which made our purchasing experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Staff were helpful and friendly and they had everything we needed for camping, at a good price. Mike was very knowledgeable about which kind of hiking boots we might need, and made choosing a pair really easy.

I visited the store looking for a pair of hiking boots. Lewis offered to help me and he was very good at recommending alternatives to the ones I had initially chosen wasn't available. I am very satisfied with the assistance I received and the product I purchased.

Ammy was very charming and helpfully when I visited go outdoors Leeds, I went for sleeping bag for my son for his school trip, she sorted out my membership and got discounts which was massive savings at that time, keep it up Ammy!!

Went for some walking shoes/trainers, the assistant explained about the different features they all had which helped my decision, got for a great price. Could spend hours in there, just looking around. If you’re an outdoorsy person this is the place to go. Amy on the till helped with my discount card and was really pleasant to talk to.

Ordered item. Cancelled. Ordered again from another store. Cancelled. Spent 25minutes on the phone to customer service. No help. Spoke to Leeds store, the girl that answered the phone was really uninformed and didn’t even know the store did click and collect, tried telling me i was wrong.

Easy to find what we wanted, also Amy at the till was very kind/ polite and friendly.

I have now bought salomon walking shoes 3 times with the discounts this last pair was a real bargain

why is that you place items on the on the web that can not be sent by post. Ive ordered several items of fishing gear that says items can not be sent by post or ordered for click and coolect. whats the point

Went to leisure lakes for trousers they didn’t have onsite despite online saying they had stock. So grabbed a few bits for washing clothes, boots and reproofing them.
Dealt with Amy on the till. Very polite and bubbly. Not a combination you get with retail staff these days. So it was a welcome refreshing change.

Lauren was really helpful on clothing, offered really expert advice on waterproofs for my future adventures in to hiking! Real Gem in Lauren at the leeds store.

I was met by Lewis on arrival to the store. Although previously engaged he was more than happy to break off from his duties to take the time to answer my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly reassuring way and in no way patronised me which may have been so easy to do given my relative inexperience of outdoor clothing.
Lewis ensured I got the exact boots I was looking for withing 5 mins! Very efficient and my son was very pleased with his new boots. Please recognise this excellent service as the world needs more Lewis's 😀
