Visited the Lincoln store 07.07.26. Special shout out to the staff and in particular Dave, who saw us ruminating over chairs, he was super helpful and super knowledgable. In fact we may have over stayed our welcome in the car park … we did make our purchase and would recommend the store and their staff without question.

We were helped by Dave, he was very informative about the chairs we were considering and very patient as we deliberated if they were right for us. We may have deliberated for too long and may have gone over the parking time allowed, we will await the postman in the next week or so! All the staff we met were extremely friendly and polite, but Dave deserves a special mention as nothing was too much trouble.

Just had a visit to lincoln go outdoors , assisted by Caroline.
She was absolutely excellent helping me understand hiking boots and what I needed and the differences between the vast range. I was dreading deciding before entering the shop , but I am now really happy and excited to wear my new Boots, armed with the information on how they support my feet and they are so comfortable !

Is there a 6 out of 5 option? 😁 Went into Go Outdoors to get some walking boots and Zan was a fantastic support. She talked me through everything I needed to know and answered all my questions.
Walked out feeling confident that I had bought the right product.

Had to exchange a damaged item purchased at another store. Samantha was extremely helpful when I rang and checked Lincoln’s stock and put it to one side for us to collect.
On arrival at the store, she greeted us by name, and helped us swiftly with our return. We’d had to travel an hour and was grateful for all her help.

Owen and Samantha served me today in Lincoln store. I Bought a large item and Owen even showed me where it was, carried to the till and even put in the car for me after given me all the information about the item. Always have a great experience in this store.

Grant served me to purchase a bike and accessories for my disabled brother, he was thoughtful attentive and very professional. We got everything we needed and not pressured to purchase unnecessary items. I would recommend anyone to visit and ask for Grant in the bike department

I ordered several items for click and collect on 20th July and am still waiting for confirmation of arrival for collection.
Disappointing.
I have previously used click and collect and been very pleased with the service.

Jo at the Lincoln store was excellent! She helped all four of us find the right walking boots and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure we all found boots that fitted properly and suited our needs. Fantastic customer service — thank you, Jo!

We visited the Lincoln store looking for an MTB for our son. We met Grant, the bike tech and he was excellent. We couldn’t get the size we wanted, and whilst our son tried a potential bike, Grant’s expert advice ensured we didn’t get our choice wrong. Indeed, he located another bike at the chesterfield store and made sure the team began the prep so we could pick it up that afternoon. We did and I have one happy boy! Thanks to Grant and the Chesterfield team!

Very good customer service

We arrived at the store yesterday nearing closing time as a last minute decision to browse the sale items.

Despite this, the level of customer service we experienced was second to none. We were supported by a team of staff who were knowledgeable, kind, understanding and clearly enjoy their jobs. I must say that Ben in particular was exceptional, helping us to transport items out of to the car and even spending time recommending camping locations until long after closing.

Thank you GO outdoors, we will 100% be back!
