Shopping in the Lincoln store
We went browsing in the Lincoln store looking at walking boots. Asked Ben for some advice and he was obviously very knowledgeable and was exceptionally helpful. As a result, instead of just browsing my partner and I both bought walking shoes and we were delighted with our purchases. Ben's knowledgeable and friendly manner made it a very pleasant experience. Great service at Go Outdoors Lincoln
Visited Go Outdoors in Lincoln today looking for a decent pair of approach boots. I was helped by Donna and Ben, who were both very helpful and patient.
They gave me the opportunity to try several different models and sizes and took the time to make sure I found the right fit. With their help, I chose the La Sportiva TX4 Mid GTX, and the size looks spot on.

Excellent customer service…
I took my son who is neurodivergent to lincoln Go Outdoors for a winter jacket. My son was having difficulty in finding a coat that felt right. I am also disabled so needed assistance, a very helpful staff member called Abraham helped my son select the best coat for him. It was a fantastic experience for both of us as Abraham was able to understand my son's issues with textile sensitivity in a way I did not. This resulted in me being able to have a converstaion with my son which helped me to much better understand his neurodivergence. Thank you Abraham, you did much more than sell a coat that day. Also I would like to thank James for his assistance in resovling my recent parking issues. 10/10

Good size trays which are very robust.
Fits 3 pairs of boot, but you'll have to arrange one pair in tandem.

Bike is terrible broke within a week
Customer service is non existent the manager is absolutely useless. Would avoid at all costs!!!
