Staff are great, helpful, polite and professional

A bit concerned about split deliveries,
Everything was great thanks 👍.

When i done click and collect inwas expecting to collect my stuff the next day but no. Took them 6 days my camping trip went out the window

Great experience from start to finish as always with this company very pleased customer.

I arrived with an emergency - in the middle of circumnavigating the uk coastline on my bike, my pannier rack sheared away from my bike frame. I called in to Go Outdoors in Liverpool and Reece did an amazing job for me - directing me to a local repair shop where I got a new rivet fitted, and then fitting a new rack to my bike. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he definitely went above and beyond anything I could have asked or expected him to do. Fabulous service and I am SO grateful!

Fab service from Liverpool staff in buying 2 tents

never phoned me at all to say my item has arrived i phoned up my self after a week and they said it was in not very good service at all

Brilliant customer service team/staff members at Liverpool and Wigan. Super helpful, polite, good at their jobs (they know their shops well), from the door to the till.

Website is super easy and straightforward , the stores are contactable via telephone where the staff cannot do enough to help, all staff seemed friendly and quick to help or advise, on the phone and face to face, both shops had lovely environments.

Recently purchased a new family tent, with all the gadgets (porch ect), a OEX rooftop tent and a roofbox all from the Liverpool and Wigan stores. The service from start to finish was hassle free, super quick and easy, it was a pleasure doing business, we look forward to returning !

Particularly high level of customer service from Harry. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to help.

Lack of clarification and customer service didn’t go about it in a polite way

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service received from James at Go Outdoors, Liverpool,
Needing a lot of assistance to purchase waders for work, his knowledge, friendly attitude and most importantly patience, helped me acquire the right equipment.
I'm now a member of the store and would take this opportunity to say thank you.

Ryan & Laura made picking up a tent & extras from the collection point very easy & they were both very helpful. A credit to the store. Even helped carry the tent to the car.

Got what i wanted and got good discount with my members card

I recently visited the store to look at purchasing a bike, I was served by Ken who was friendly and professional, he discussed all options, made sure the bike that I picked would be suitable for my needs. Ken advised it would be a few days before the bike would be ready to collect however after purchasing and getting home I received a call a short while later to say it was ready and waiting as he knew I had plans at the weekend. Excellent service would highly recommend

David is a great ambassader representing GO OUTDOORS.
Curtious in manner ; knowledgable of products
and assisted me helpfully to make a decision to purchase.
an extra product of a camp bed which has proved to be an excellent choice.
The young lady at the cashpoint at time of sale was also most pleasant and efficient.

My son and I went to the fishing tackle department yesterday to buy some new fishing equipment, we spoke to the assistant (I think his name was James) he gave us excellent information ,not only on purchasing tackle but fishing lakes etc.
