Helen served us
Helen served us, and was particularly helpful. She searched the stockroom for my particular request and, although what I wanted was no longer in stock, she was happy to assist. Discovering that we were visitors to the area, she was happy to offer advice on local eateries. She is a valuable member of your staff.

2 pairs of shoes
Saw some walking shoes in the window so popped in. Found a great pair but had an appointment elsewhere. The member of staff put them aside for half an hour. Perfect shoes so bought them. Whilst there saw another pair but they didn’t have my size but a delivery was imminent. Charlotte arranged for this pair to also be put to one side. I telephoned later and returned and also bought them as well. Thank you for your help.

Great service!!
Location is bang on the high street just where you need it, we required some wellies so headed upstairs. Jet was most welcoming and helpful with our request. My 2 year old found a sweeping brush and started to sweep the floor, Jet interacted amazingly with her while she did some 'tidying'! All round a great experience, even though we didn't get all we needed. Makes shopping much easier when the staff are as friendly as they are in this store.

Great Service at Llandudno Store
My son and I went into the Go Outdoors store at Llandudno.
We were greeted by Jet who asked politely if he could help.
After showing us where the items were he left us alone to browse in our own time. I felt under no pressure and it was a pleasant experience
