Great staff!
I was served today by Jet. He was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He was patient when I couldnt remember my member details and helped me to figure it out. An asset to your Llandudno store. Each time I visit this store, all staff are very polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble!

I came in looking for a particular type…
I came in looking for a particular type of shoe and thankfully found it. I asked the assistant upstairs to check if they had the size I wanted and they did not in the stockroom. He kindly informed me they had received a delivery earlier and suspected there may be a pair in that, so checked and returned within a few minutes with the correct pair.
Excellent service, I didn't catch his name but I was very impressed with my store experience today. Please pass on my thanks!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of boots but unfortunately they do not stock 1/2 sizes due to limited space in the shop. However, I found some boots at a good price and am pleased with my purchase.
