While on a visit to Lowestoft I popped into Go Outdoors to have a browse! Not happy 😒
After joining outdoors discount I was given a 5pound voucher when I went to use it I was told it was out off date which I wasn't in formed by shop assistant it had a time limit bit disappointed

Great to have Go outdoors in Lowestoft
Really friend staff at Lowestoft the shop is laid out well and plenty of room to browse. The staff are very polite attentive and couldn't do anymore to help. I am impressed with the quality and the reasonable prices of with the new branch of Go Outdoors in Lowestoft.

We had to take our son in store for some waterproof trousers and gloves for a school trip,harri looked after us,got 4 pairs out for our son to try on,got some nice berghaus ones in black on offer plus a pair of waterproof gloves on offer,harri was chatting to our youngest son who's autistic and obsessed with collecting coins amongst many other things,first class customer service harri,thank you !
