Excellent customer service
Went into store looking for OEX ultralite camping chairs, but there was no stock, spoke to Callum who advised that a delivery was expected that day and that he would put two by for me , he messaged me to say they had arrived , we went later in the evening to collect the chairs . Thank you Callum for your communication and kindness

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff
Went to buy some climbing equipment. As a beginner the range of choices was daunting but the shop lets you try on items, and Dan very helpfully gave advice on ensuring the harness fit well.

Very helpful assistant Cam knew his stuff and guided me to the few backpacks that actually fit my back. Wasn’t cheap so have been looking elsewhere for a few weeks, but what Cam pointed me to was just better so have just been back and bought it.
