GO Outdoors - Peterborough Reviews

Tom, who helped us yesterday, was brilliant. He was more than helpful, without being pushy, and very knowledgeable about the walking boots we were buying. He also checked in with us while we were still shopping, and took our purchases to the till for us so we didn't have to carry them round the shop. Very polite. Very helpful. Thank you Tom.

Great shopping experience. Very helpful staff, especially Tom.

I bought a pair of walking boots and needed to try on many pairs before I found the right pair for me. Tom was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Individual service makes all the difference.

Tom could not have been more helpful. Patient, informative and friendly. An asset to your company.

Laurangt Sue was such a superstar today and made my day with her friendly attitude. I had a query with some binoculars and she could not do enough to help me. She was approachable and resolved my query really easily. Thank you - you are a brilliant example of customer service and put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!

Sue Gordon gave expert advice on walking boots for DofE and was incredibly helpful on all things DofE

Great service in store, advice and information top class.

Very good service at GO Outdoors yesterday. Sue Gordon was particularly helpful and she certainly knew her stuff when it came to walking shoes & related equipment.

Bought the awning rail extension online and had a great experience in store collecting it. Very pleasant and professional member of staff served me.

I ordered a coat 3 times and every time the order got cancelled, went to a store an hour and a half Away as they said they had one in stock, yet again nothing when we got there. ( I tried ringing before hand but no answer)

We were served by Jackie who was very helpful. She provided lots of helpful information. I would have given 5 stars if there had been more stock of different sizes of shoes.

Susan was particularly helpful and attentive to my needs and requirements today. She went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. Marvellous
