I came into store today with my son who needed a new pair of trainers, he saw some that he fell in love with, an awesome staff member called Matt helped us out, he was gentle and spoke To my son with kindness and put him at ease, my son has additional needs and struggles to focus but Matt kept him interested and my little boy enjoyed the interaction. As someone with autism..
It is not often i come into the store but this time i needed walking equipment for my trip to Venice. My visit was made unique by a crew member named Matt. Being neurodivergent he gave me some good advise about a first aid kit i brought and as someone who is very new to travelling i found this amazing. Thank you Matt

Superb service
I have visited and bought some boots from the larger branch in Plymouth.i never felt comfortable.
I have bought several pairs of Merrell boots. After a recent fall I was advised to get lighter boots which I bought from Plymouth express and was served by Jaime who was excellent.

Matt is great help to "Grumpy old bloke".
This "Grumpy old bloke" was served by Matt who was very knowledgeable about his products and helpful and pleasant in his manner. I normally hate shopping but Matt actually made the experience enjoyable.

I went in with my boys on Saturday to have look around, we got chatting with Matt, he was very helpful and asked us a bit about what we were looking for and it was just small bits this time, we all got chatting about orienteering and I decided to upgrade some of the bits we already had and Matt was very helpful, I am very happy with the purchases and the time Matt took to discuss things with us, I look forward to a return visit!
