Ordering easy but glitch with collection....
Online ordering for Click & Collect at my local store was very easy. However when I hadn't heard anything about collecting my order after a week, I rang the store who confirmed that my order had been there for a number of days! Apparently there is an issue if customers are not emailed when the order has left the warehouse and marked as being dispatched. Hopefully this will not happen on my next order!

Ive been into Go Outdoors today and been thoroughly well looked after by M Hayle Bei, made my visit easy, nothing was too much trouble, the staff here are fabulous.
Its nice to feel like a valued customer when some companies just want to take your cash. Anyway, it was refreshing to be so well looked after, great service.
The products I bought were top notch, really good quality, I am very happy with my visit.
Lastly, the prices were spot on too, great value wins for me, every time.

Wrong size trainers sent
I ordered some Altra trainers off the website on in size 42 to collect from my local store, date when they were supposed to be there came and went but no email to say they were ready to collect, not showing on tracking, phoned up to be told they were there after all. Went to the shop to find they’d sent a size 4 instead. Staff in shop were very apologetic and confirmed that the wrong size had been sent. I also had to pay for membership and was told a card would arrive which has never turned up. I usually like Go Outdoors but this is the first time I’ve ordered from them, not a good experience.

Great service & a good range of stock
We visited the store this week, and were looking for walking shoes & a rucksack. We were served by Sam, who was helpful & professional. We found the items we were looking for. It's a well stocked store, considering it's size. The staff were very patient & kind to my dog, who got bored during our visit.
