Helpful Staff
I regularly visit the Solihull store and find the staff to be polite & helpful. The store is tidy, clean & well set out too. Bruce helped me find the trousers I needed today. He has also been very helpful in the past when I was trying on & buying new hiking boots to take to Austria.

Walking Boot Experts
I went to Go Outdoors Solihull after work to find some walking boots.
Sue who served me was super helpful, giving me great advice and different recommendations.
I tried slight variation of sizes of lots of different pairs of boots.
Sue was unwavering in her enthusiasm, going back and forth to the store room and persevered until she found the right boots for me.
I'm super happy with my choice of boots and I'm pleased that I chose to go to Go Outdoors Solihull.
