Great service. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. Steven was our main helper. Excellent. We always go into the Southport Go Outdoors when we go over there. Always been looked after

I had quite a short time to try on and select a pair of lightweight boots, and was greeted as soon as I got through the door.
Steven and Sam both assisted me, giving pros and cons to various boots, gradually narrowing down the search.
They understood what I was after and could personally recommend the Berghaus boots I bought because one was wearing them at the time.
Will continue to shop here, I can be sure of a successful shopping experience.

I made a number of purchases and the staff member, Rory, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Unfortunately a couple of the items did not work for us so I had to return them. The staff in Southport, again could not have been more helpful. Excellent service throughout

Went today for a mountain equipment gortex jacket and the man who helped me was called Rory was really helpfully brilliant staff member couldn’t of asked for anymore help

My score for this review was due to the expert help and advice afforded to me by Rory. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went in to purchase new hiking boots which I did. I'n addition I was looking for outdoor trousers and was on the verge of leaving when again Rory who was just back from his break told me to try a different brand which I did and bought a pair.
