I was served by both Jenny and Lorna…
I was served by both Jenny and Lorna yesterday. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jenny was really attentive and went through several options with me and we arrived at a great compromise and I got a great product for a great price. Membership card really gave a good saving. I would definitely shop here again as it’s nice to be served by helpful friendly staff who know their stuff.

Great customer service
Went in looking for camping chairs, came out very happy!
On arrival we were warmly greeted by the lady on the counter who asked if there was anything she could help with and after helping us locate the chairs we had a look around for anything else we may need then headed to the till. The lady's name was Jen, she was really friendly, polite and seemed genuinely interested, we exchanged pleasantries and left feeling valued customers.
I felt the need to write a positive review as over the past couple of weeks I've received some disappointing customer service from different places and the visit to your store was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Jen!

We were served by Lorna, very friendly and helpful getting a few different sizes.
The sale stand looked a little sparse of stock, perhaps a few more styles or sizes.
I also asked about OS maps and ordering a particular one. Ben was very helpful with this and different options, waterproof/paper map.
Go Outdoors is always value for money and go to for all my footwear.
