Thanks to staff members Peter & Andie. I phoned to check on my web order. Peter answered. The order (which was urgent) was not going to be available as indicated on the website (be aware when ordering click/collect that stock showing may mean at the warehouse and NOT in the store indicated). Peter went away and promised to ring back within 15 minutes which he did, apologised for the issue, and gave me customer services number. Andie at customer services was great in helping me sort the issue. Thanks to both of them, professional, reliable and helpful.

We were served today by Liam, who was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so disappointed that this branch is due to close as a great number of people use this store and the staff are so nice. It will be quite a trek to the nearest branch when this one closes.

The member of staff Katie was very friendly and helpful and I got the trainers I was after. It’s a shame that this store is closing as it’s a handy store and the staff are really friendly.

i am a regular customer and always served with a smile .it would be heart breaking if ever we lost our store,there is nothing in our town where i could go to shop.

Fantastic to have this store on the high street in St Helens. So much more convenient than travelling to Warrington and really well stocked for a small shop. Liam was so helpful.

I have not had such excellent customer service in a long time. Stacey was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. I am a first time walker and she helped me with choosing my shoes. Would highly recommend this store for its friendly helpful service x

Spoke to James this morning re my order.
He checked to see if it was ready as it had not been processed yet. He was so helpful and sorted my order and confirmed he would have it ready when I arrived. When I got to the store my coat was ready to collect. James was so pleasant and helpful with a smile on his face. I wish everyone had the same attitude as him.

Called in on passing as I needed a lightweight jacket. Couldn't immediately find what I was looking for but asked the member of staff (Hannah), and described what I was after, who took me to exactly what I was looking for (pack away raincoats).
Really good price and quality.

Conversations with the staff in St helens branch were very informative and we enjoyed our shopping experience. Our purchases were made after discussions with the staff and we made our decisions on the advice we were given.
