Amazing shopping experience
Can honestly say that Liam from the St Helens store was amazing. He sorted us out with my husband’s birthday present & got us a great deal. Will definitely be back when my grandson needs outdoor wear. Both assistants where amazing & so pleasant, an amazing experience from start to finish

I ordered 2 Peter storm t shirts online, then had a problem with delivery I got in touch with the customer service who didn't really help and I was worried I wouldn't get my items in time for Christmas so I went into my local go outdoors in St Helens and Megan and Peter were fantastic their customer service did them credit going above and beyond to help me, the t shirts are great and I'm sure il have a happy husband on Christmas day. Thanks Megan and Peter and the rest of the team at go outdoors.

Great experience shopping there today…
Great experience shopping there today for a Mountain Equipment jacket. Peter was super friendly and professional. Getting the Go Outdoors discount card is a no-brainer for £5 annually (massive savings with this card) also got further discount by having a “Blue Light Card”
Will 100% shop here again.
