Good quality and staff always super helpful
Regular shopper at Go Outdoors but this was a quick flying visit due to camping in Wales in a leaky tent with rain forecast!
Nipped in to the shop and the member of staff (Owen) was great. I explained what I needed (tent reproofing) and found me what I was looking for straight away.
Always a pleasure.

Broken coolbox
I rang the St Helens store as our cool box had broken, they were most helpful and said they had one in stock. I went to the store and was served by a young lady called Louise who helped with the process of renewing my membership. A pleasant shopping experience served by a thoroughly professional member of staff.

Excellent staff in St Helens & Wigan
I went into the St Helens branch for walking boots (on offer), sadly they didn’t have my size, so Stacey kindly called the larger Wigan branch, who set the required size to one side.
The staff were again very helpful the following day in Wigan, where I bought the pair on special offer plus another pair of walking shoes.
