Bit of a difficult one really, hence only 3 stars The service in store was first rate, however, I placed an order for an adults changing robe and a kids one, had the confirmation email to collect, arrived at the store to find that they didn’t have the kids one I had reserved.
In this day and age, you really should know your stock availability if you offer click and collect

Edited to change to 5 stars due to the excellent service I received in store today.
I was served by Bailey and the manager, Sarah I think her name is.
They honoured the online price of a kids changing robe even though it was 2 days after the offer ended, possibly because the one ordered wasn’t available upon collection.
The measure of a good store is how they deal with issues, for this, they deserve 5 stars.

I cannot remember his name, I walked in with a fishing rod I have no experience with fishing. The worker helped me loads and explained everything! He had a lot of patience! He also helped me set up the rod. Amazing guy! Very very helpful!! I’m so grateful. Ass 71/2 till trans 865. Thursday October 16 14:19.10 2025. Please give him a praise

Kirsty was extremely helpful, I’d brought the wrong wallet and left my Go Card at home but she was able to locate me on the system with no difficulty.

Decent range of kit to view and try (I was looking for boots and waterproofs. Staff very patient and helpful. Dylan especially knowledgeable but Amelia and Max also very helpful

Popped into swansea branch and had a return and mark helped and advised me on a new sleeping bag took me to the RAB range and talked me through all the options until we got to to the perfect one for me he then handed me over to ella and ella made the exchange no issues al all she even opened the bag to make sure the stuff sack was inside going that extra mile really does make a difference

Swansea store- Clean store, with a lot of choice! I was looking for a coat, which I did find and asked a staff member named Bailey, and manager Simon if they did price matching, and they ensured me they did, all being right with the size etc and they matched the price i had seen online, quick efficient… and even a good sense of humor! ☺️ thanks both, very impressed!

Ordered online and order was ready within half hour but whenever I arrived at store lady at front till directed me to the pick up point and said she would let them know I was on my way up.No one turned up, I'm still waiting,can see my order on shelf so temped to just take it myself.No bell or buzzer to call anyone

A friend and I visited Go Outdoors yesterday following advice I had off a physiotherapist to change my footwear to Merrells to support my arches and prevent further injury in a bid to prevent the need for an operation.
I was stressed at the prospect of an operation and in a tiss ahout what to buy. We were greeted and served by Chris who's passion for his job and product knowledge was 2nd to none which helped me make an informed decsion about what to buy elivating any concerns I had about choosing any more ill fitting footwear! Chris went above and beyond for us both and all the staff there were friendly. Top service.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Llamsamelet store.
