Amazing free bike parts

Fantastic Service by Max working in the tent section. Helped my father and I both buy tents, very knowledgeable and friendly. Bought an Outwell Idaho 8 & Berghaus Adharra 700.

The item I ordered was ready for me to collect, I also purchased an extra pair of flip flops, the guy who helped me in the shoe and boot area was great, but the girl who served me at the till wasn't, she didn't give any quality customer service at all, shame really.

Max and Nicole were really helpful with our broken tent pole. In particular, Max went out of his way to sort out our problem. Well done Go Outdoors!

We recently had a Cub Scout visit to the Store to discuss Tent Pitching and Kit Equipment for our up and coming Cub Camp

From the first initial contact with the store at Swansea we received a warm reception nothing was too much trouble when I was trying to arranging a visit, Sarah one of the store managers was extremely helpful in arranging the store visit

On our evening visit Bella and Max were outstanding they greeted us with great enthusiasm and nothing was too much trouble with 12 very enthusiastic Cubs to entertain for the evening
Cubs enjoyed the tent pitching and the game they played on the kit bag requirements
Bella and Max were very informative and
helpful in what to purchase for our future Camps

I was served by Nicole and Amelia yesterday. I was looking for a tent, and Nicole gave me great advice on which one to buy, all while being very kind and polite. I was then served by Amelia at the till, who was very kind also. Very lovely girls, would definitely come back

I had lost a screw and nut due to vibration on my bike. Bryan was very helpful in finding the correct size and length of screw and nut to fix my broken bike and was also informative about threadlock that could be used to prevent the same thing happening again.

Nicola was very helpful, assisted us with signing up with membership and assuring we got the deals available to us, letting us know we could get a buy 1 get one free deal we hadn't realised. Very pleasant experience

We order a tent, to be collected on the way to a campsite we already booked in West Wales. It was waiting for us in the Swansea store and the staff were quick and efficient in serve us.

Got served by Bailey today , what a delightful young man , he helped us with a query first then he served us with the goods we bought . Great offers on instore and everything was easy to find .
