Essential help given when buying Nordic Walking Poles
I was advised by Physiotherapist to use Nordic Walking Poles to help my back. Jonathan, quickly came to my aid and took time to explain the various poles on sales and how they differed. l was able to try a few different makes and bought a pair that suited me.

I went in to try and find a replacement camping gaz fitting, which turned out to be too old fashioned to replace :(
I was directed to the right place to look by a very helpful staff member (whos name I didnt get else Id give him a mention here) then was helped by Stuart, who came up with a few good ideas/solutions to try, and advised on new cookers if I need to replace my whole cooker in the future.
Although I left with no replaceme t fitting, it was a very positive experience. Thanks!
