Brilliant experience at Go Outdoors Trentham Estate this weekend.
Great selection of quality footwear and sizes available. We were served by James who was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.
Couldn't fault the experience and I'm very happy with my new walking shoes.

Went to Go Outdoors at Trentham Gardens, Stoke on Trent today , looking for some new walking boots. Very good selection on offer with clear pricing on show. Chose a pair of boots and asked a member of staff, James for size 8. James dually obliged and came back quickly with the required size. Tried them on and James checked that they were the correct size for me. James was very helpful and asking about where we go walking etc and the places he has been. Nice to have someone who not only sells the product but is also active in the past time. Thanks James.

My item arrived promptly and was ready to collect from store within a couple of days. Staff at the store were polite and I was very happy with my experience overall.

The items ordered were as expected what wasn't expected was the amount of time I wasted trying to find if they had been delivered to store.

Adrian was extremely helpful, advising on the best fit of walking boots for my wife's feet. He explained the difference's between makes and their specific models and was very knowledgeable and patient. Fantastic service!

The 2 guys that were working in the store the day I went, were very friendly and very helpful with helping me pick some great clothing and boots, I think it is nice to have people who have an interest and enjoy outdoor activities as it gives you the confidence in what your buying as they know what they are talking about.

If I ever need to go to Go Outdoors I always go to the Trentham store as Paula is always very helpful and she’s is very informative about a lot of the products. She recommended a pair of walking boots which she actually wears daily and they are fantastic, she’s such a lovely happy and very approachable person

We found Harper,was very helpful,not pushy,but suggested things to try,as I have tendon trouble,the sandals,although being expensive for me,was the pair,for me to wear with my tendon trouble👍

Went there Saturday and bought 4 travel towels. Joel was great, I couldn’t decide I should buy large or extra large so Joel opened one up to show me, then put it back to the package neatly for me. Great service!

I normally shop at the big out doors at festival park but whilst I was in Trentham with my partner I decided to use that store.
My first impression was how small it was compared to festival park one, however since I was only looking for a midge face net and midge spray that was OK, due to the time I was a bit rushed so I went to a member of staff to point me in the direction of said items, I spoke to a member called Joel who was busy up a ladder but stopped what he was doing to assist me and was a great help picking out the items I needed and let me try face net on to make sure it was what I needed.
I would recommend this store and would use it again when I'm in that area.
