Poor communication, ordered the items (two chairs) 84 in stock. Went to collect to be told they in fact wasn’t in stock and then completely put out of stock across all the shops and all of there sister company sites. Was refunded one chair and then had to ring several times to get the second one refunded. Poor customer service and experience.

Ruth was very helpful in store today. She answered our questions and was very friendly.

We went to the store searching for walking boots & a pair of walking trousers for my ten year old son, for his upcoming 3 peaks challenge football team fundraiser. After looking round we were assisted by Ruth who was lovely, really friendly & helpful. Although we were not able to find a pair that quite fitted even with help, due to my son being petite for his age, Ruth suggested a pair of waterproof/ wind proof trousers which could go over the top of his normal shorts which had a elasticated band. She also checked his walking boots fitted comfortably too for us. Thank you Ruth for your help, product knowledge & brilliant customer service skills

Went to get an airporch for my Berghaus Air6 tent, and was served by Emily. She was very efficient and friendly.

Fantastic service. I went and got everything I needed for my sons first ever scout camping trip and the young man who helped went above and beyond to assist me. The lady who served me at the till (Kayla) was so polite and made some recommendations too. The staff go above and beyond to help, nothing is too much. Highly recommend.

We visited the Wakefield shop to buy items for our daughter's upcoming Duke of Edinburgh trip. We were assisted by a guy (Sorry I don't know his name) and a lady called Emily who were both fantastic. Emily helped by advising on what clothes we would need, sharing her personal experiences and picking out appropriate items. A great experience thank you.

Was looking at couple of coats and was assisted by Emily who was both knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Very good customer service. Service at the till was also excellent.

Great shop sells loads of stuff and the staff are helpful. Make sure you have their card because it saves you a lot of money.

From coming in all the staff were friendly, Martin greeted us on the footwear department he was so friendly and helpful. He told us about the products we were looking for,even how to get the best fitting,nothing was too much trouble.
We came in for a pair of mens sandals and came away with,mens sandals and walking shoes and ladies sandals and walking shoes we couldn't fault him.
Lee Ann on the till was also very friendly and helpful, she showed us the best way to lace our walking shoes up even to help with sciatica. And showed me every step to register my Tilley hat.There was plenty stock so much as to say I struggled to get my trolly between some stands oh and Martin even went and fetched us a trolly,as our hands were full.We definitely recommend going to the Wakefield store.

Very helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help. Excellent shop with excellent bargains, especially in the outdoor area.

Went to buy a tent and Laura was very helpful in finding out whether items we could not find where and even if they had come in on the days delivery but not been put out on the shelves yet

Very good shop. I love how they have a whole field full of tents you can look at to help you decide which one to buy. They had everything we needed and the staff are always very helpful. In particular Ruth helped me to navigate some of the special offers to get the best deal.
