What a lovely visit to store Solace your instore customer service rep was so helpful with us in buying foldable chairs and making sure we brought the right ones for us and telling us we had another colour available which my husband went with the blue instead of black we will be back to buy more for our 2 kids buy one get one half price is a fab deal sSolace was a friendly staff member credit to your store 👏🏻

Walking shoes
I was greeted by Uan who was very helpful and able to find me the shoes I was looking for and in the size I needed.
But also to sort out my membership and bring it up to date - something that had been waiting for quite some time but he sorted in minimal time.

I popped in for a general look and found a jumper. When I went to pay I met Shirley. She was brilliant. Someone that obviously still prides themselves on good customer service, which is rare in many places now! A great member of staff who obviously knows her stuff!

Shopping for hiking boots
I was looking for hiking boots and was helped today by Shirley whose knowledge and support was absolutely excellent. She took the time to explain about the advantages/disadvantages, fits, even clever ways to tie the laces! She brought out several sizes to check fits, was not pushy around sales and even clarified the returns policy. Couldn't ask for better service.

Super informative and friendly Lian.
Lian gave super information about the Merino base layer.
He went upstairs to the store room to find a selection for me to choose from.
I asked him to save the product for 30 minutes whilst I checked another shop, but car back and bought it.
