Cardboard Box for postage...when padded envelope may have suffices

Product I ordered have used before...only used Gordons because NOTE cosmetics dont have own website.....ordering fine...product great.... BUT...second time of ordering...it arrives in a large cardboard box....these are small plastic tubes...I ordered 2....if in padded envelope would still have been protected and gone through my letterbox....wonder why they do this...all else great..cheaper postage that Look Fantastic which is another company I vcould have ordered this product from

First time ordering from Gordon and…

First time ordering from Gordon and will be the last time. Arrived with missing items. I received a refund for the missing items after a number of e-mails . Feel so annoyed with the customer service. I was not refunded straight away it took a few days. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the items I had paid for, but was not even given the option.

After you reported the items missing we refunded you on the exact same day and we did it on our second email correspondence with you after we asked you to please check if the box had been tampered with in our first reply (As this may unfortunately happen in transit.)

Unfortunately we were not able to send you on the items which was why we refunded you, please accept our apologies for this and the refund does take a couple of working days to show on your bank account as it was issued on a Friday.

Impressed new customer

Im always dubious about purchasing from a brand I've not heard of before but I was very impressed with the service I received from Gordons. My parcel was packed well and arrived on time. Everything in my order was correct.

I never got the parcel i paid for since…

I never got the parcel i paid for since the postman marked it as delivered but obviously decided to steal it so im down £12 for nothing 😡. I won't ever be shopping on gordons again.

I did not receive the product ordered

I did not receive the product ordered.
L'ORÉAL and hair styling cream Light was ordered
but L'ORÉAL hair and beard styling cream medium was delivered.
