I am disappointed as I have not received my order or any type of update that it was shipped or nothing, I constantly keep emailing and I have not heard nothing nor got a respond yet. It has been more than 15 business days and if the order cannot be shipped can I get a refund. It sucks cause I really like the clothes.

Disappointment with fit and service
Product does not look or fit as described. Size up one or two times for a better, more comfortable fit - not all of us have thin waists. Return policy difficult - be sure you want the items, and they fit, before buying.

When I started shopping at this company a few years ago, I was thrilled. They had a large selection of 5XL sizes. Over time, the selection has decreased, and for the last two years, the selection in this size has remained the same. The quality has deteriorated somewhat.

Gorilla wear has a contact number listed in North Carolina but when you call the number nobody ever answers nor do they return your calls. Their sizes are way too small, I'm wondering if they're getting their clothing from China? I bought a triple XL and it was tight in the midsection and I'm not a heavy person.
