The delivery company has a terrible reputation, but were perfectly lovely for this delivery, so they can't be faulted either.

Interesting that the previous review mentions more than 1 damaged freezer delivered. I had the same problem. I wonder if they just keep sending the same damaged freezer out and hoping somebody will just take it. My freezer arrived when nobody was in and 2 days before the due date when i was in. On opening it was damaged and customer services completely unhelpful. Still fighting to resolve the matter but the stubborn unhelpful responses are not getting us anywhere

Excellent Customer Service
Purchased a freezer via Amazon which was unfortunately damaged, as was the replacement. Decided to give it one more go but freezer no. 3 didn't work. I must have talked to at least 4 customer service advisers and each of them provided an excellent service. Polite, prompt and hassle free in dealing with the issues, just a shame that the product didn't live up to the service!

Great customer service
Cannot fault Goshopdirect! Ordered a fridge, at a great price I might add, on Sunday, scheduled for delivery on Thursday and it turned up on Wednesday! Unfortunately it was damaged and needed to be returned. Emailed Goshopdirect on Wednesday evening and they responded first thing Thursday to say a new one would be despatched and the damaged one collected. The new fridge arrived the following Monday with additional packing and wrapping to make sure this one didn't get knocked and it worked a treat. They went the extra mile to check before despatch, pack a new fridge, get it out to us as quickly as possible. Rare and excellent customer service.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered a wall fan and unfortunately it did not arrive with dpd. I contacted customer services and they were brilliant. They found out that dpd had lost the fan and a replacement was sent out straight away.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICES!
I purchased a halogen heater from this company only 2 months ago. Unfortunately due to no fault of them one of the halogen bulbs blew recently. I emailed them and immediately they had no issues with sending me a replacement heater.
I cannot recommend this company and their fantastic customer services high enough.
