Ordered from this company failed on all counts,particularly communication.
Ordered from this company. Order acknowledged. Waited a week for arrival of goods, heard nothing. Checked back on my account with them to find that the item was unavailable and my order had been cancelled. Would have expected to be notified of this at the very least and preferably an apology for having misled me and wasting my time when I could have been ordering from elsewhere.
Will not be using them again. I need dependability.

Very disappointed!
The vacuum cleaner I purchased arrived late with the packaging all opened and the bottom falling out, and the product is also faulty. Very suspicious. First time I have used I have used Go shop direct. Might be the last.

Delivery delay
I placed my order late on a Thursday, paid extra for the 1 day option, not the other option or the Free delivery and the item arrived Tuesday late afternoon. When i received an email saying it would be delivered on the monday i contacted asking why not the saturday and to this day, thursday havent had a reply.

I would buy from this company again.
Overall my purchase experience was very good and excellent value for money. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the package was quite severely damaged on arrival. I do think this was down to the delivery company however rather than Goshopdirect. The purchase did appear to be originally well packaged. The product within the package was not damaged and everything works very well. I would certainly buy from Goshopdirect again.

customer service not as good as they claim
Goods arrived on time just after lockdown but unfortunately were of poor quality so arranged for a return. Courier collected on said date and time but that was a month ago and as yet have had no refund or reply to any of my e-mails, so their claims to excellent customer service only stretches to goods bought without re-course!.
I except that we are in the midst of a crisis but there is no information on their website regarding this or any possible delays as have other companies, and they were quick enough to take the money in the first place!!! Some communication would not go amiss!!!!

I bought a freezer for £119 which was more expensive elsewhere. I didn’t opt to pay for next day delivery but it still came in one day. I can’t say how amazed and impressed by this company which I hadn’t heard of until recently.
The freezer itself is basic but it definetely does its job well and amazingly good value for its prize.
