Good service and good product and all delivered correctly and in good time. Only negative is that the measurements for my particular item on the website were not correct. The item was larger than stated, which was disappointing. In response to the below, the item was the white 2 step Tech Tool Benross stepladder where it says the measurements are (H)900 mm x (W)600 mm x (D)30 mm which are incorrect. The height when closed is 89.5 cm and the width is 42.5 cm NOT 600 mm. The width when open is 51 cm NOT 30 mm. The Benross website is also incorrect. I wanted one that would fit under my kitchen counter when stored away, which as per the Benross website measurements it should, but it doesnt as the measurements are wrong on both your websites. Otherwise all fine. Thanks!
Edit - thanks so much. The manufacturer's website is also incorrect!

Your delivery service Yodel are completely incompetent, I have been waiting for a parcel from yourselves since 1st May 2019. I have been waiting in my home for 4 days and Yodel have not delivered, when I contacted Yodel they said the driver had been to my address and I wasn't in, what liars they are, I have contacted eBay and complained about Yodel delivery service and also reviewed on this website, please read Yodel reviews as it is not doing you or other companies using this service any favours, I personally will not order from your company again if you use Yodel delivery service. My husband and I are pensioners have haven't got time wasting our lives waiting for your delivery service to deliver.
