Not what the tin said.
delivery, ordering, refund etc was brilliant. However, I was told the microwave had a stainless steel interior. It does not.This was the 2nd replacement for a model that only lasted 5 months! If I had known that it was not steel inside, I would NOT have bought it.

Purchased a Beuring Electric Blanket. Go shop direct offered the best price by far. Very competitive and delivery was reasonable and quick. When contacting customer service, response was prompt and courteous. Being updated on the delivery and providing tracking was lacking, but nevertheless the order arrived quickly and on time. My only criticism around delivery was Yodel, the courier they use. If I was not looking out for the delivery driver I would not have seen him nearly dumping my package in the road on wet grass rather than driving up my driveway to my address. Absolutely shocking This is no fault of Goshopdirect, however. I would recommend Go shop direct as they offer good value and excellent quality products

Product was purchased at the most competitive price, service and delivery was great. There was a faulty item but the customer service was great I was offered a replacement but as it was only a kettle lead and I had a spare one I did not bother getting one.
