Excellent tutor. Helped with A'level physics clearly tutoring areas that had been confusing. Covered all areas my son asked about.

Dylan was a really helpful Tutor throughout the time I worked with him. He always managed to explain everything thoroughly without over explaining anything and going off topic!

BEWARE hidden costs!! Avoid!! I am extremely unhappy with how this service was sold to me. I explained I did not want to sign a 12 month contract until I had experienced their services and tutorials. I was given the option of a monthly sign up BUT HIDDEN COSTS of over £200!! To cancel. When I complained I was told it was in the small print. Will never recommend this company and am making a formal complaint to my sons school as they should not be advertising such a dishonest company.

I'll be honest, I was a bit sceptical about online tutoring at first. When I reached out to Joanna Neumann, she completely changed my perspective. She listened carefully, understood my child's needs, and connected us with the right tutor. Sam Forrest has been genuinely exceptional and invaluable, contributing so much to my son's progress in maths. Seeing my child willingly engaged with sessions and genuinely improved has been a real win. For any parent still on the fence, I'd say the right organiser makes all the difference—I would highly recommend connecting with Joanna.

I dealt with Travis who provided a really personalised service - he looked after every element from finding the right tutor for my daughters exact needs & personality, to answering all my questions quickly and in a really friendly way. Having him as one contact made the whole thing feel so easy as we'd never had a tutor before.
Naomi the tutor was so friendly, my daughter felt completely comfortable with her. She was so patient, bubbly and clear from start to finish. She was really reliable too and always followed each lesson up with past papers to complete. I really don't think my daughter would have been ready for higher maths gcse without her! Thank you

The experience was very interactive and i was able to understand everything being taught. I think as an improvement it would be to add more examples of the work you would like your students to do.

Maya has been an excellent maths tutor. She is patient and supportive and guided my son through the more challenging topics. He feels more confident and prepared to move forward with his maths skills.

I see many on here have similar experiences. Good tutor but a very bad company to deal with.
on completion of our 36 month contract and after we disabled the auto renewal, They still renewed the contract for another 36 months. after i realised it too late they refused to cancel it.
