A quick but wrong response
I opened some open box items, two of which were fans. One had a power cord, one did not. I sent an email the day I opened the box regarding the missing cord, I received an email in return almost immediately, unfortunately it was to explain that the EV charger couldn't power an EV, only charge the batteries....I did not order an EV charger, nor would I ever ask such a question if I had. I resubmitted an email about the missing cord, but only received a response that they had received my inquiry. That has been a few days ago.

The tube on my solar oven exploded
Update: GoSun has sent the replacement tube. I do really like my GoSun Sport, and am glad to have the replacement tube. I feel their customer service has room for improvement. But it's great to know I can get a replacement tube when needed.

The tube on my solar oven exploded. I emailed suport looking fornhelp but never got any. I eventually found the tube on the website amd ordered a new one, but THEY SENT A BAG INSTEAD! I've tried the support email, the chat, and calling, and haven't gotten a response. I'm so terribly frustrated and disappointed.

The shipment arrived broken
The shipment arrived broken. I contacted customer support and at first they were very responsive then all communication just seemed to stop for a few weeks after I sent the photos of the damaged product they requested. I was eventually contacted that an entirely new product was shipped and it arrived in tact. They were able to turn around the bad experience. The product is a quality item and I was happy to receive it in tact and look forward to using it.

Missing battery
Hello everyone just want to send update on my previous review which was not positive. I should have waited as GoSun made everything right for me . It goes to say just relax , stay calm and at the end all will be fine. I appreciate them making it right as well as to say my cooler / refrigerator is amazing 🤩 well worth the money. It keeps my freezer based stuff frozen and the refrigerator based foods cold. Don’t waste time with anyone else go GoSun !!!!!!

I ordered the Fusion and it arrived in just a couple of day. It has been super easy to use with great success from cakes, to oat bread, to chicken. I couldn't be more pleased. This is a great product!

The GoSun Dial did not include the installation template.
The GoSun Dial did not include the installation template as shown on the web site. It had absolutely no instructions as to it's proper installation at all, leaving me to GUESS the proper positioning and installation. FAIL!
Additional information: GoSun responded to this review and included a pdf file with the installation template in an email so I am changing the rating at their request.

A great sport
GoSun Site was informative about the different solar oven features, capabilities and capacities. Surprised at how fast items shipped. A very light well constructed device, Sport. Could not wait to try it out in the deserts high heat and bright sunlight. True sourdough baguettes in 50 minutes, ends a little dark toasted, that's a plus. Capacity is really just OK cooking for 2, maybe not for big appetites. Tempted to order another Sport so can cook 2 different items at once. Feeling good about not heating the house up cooking indoors nor burning propane outdoors.

Is there a costumer service?
Edit 2: So in the end and almost two months ago UPS delivered my GoSun Sport and ended up not charging me anything, what a mess, which makes my initial review totally void. The true review is:
The GoSun Sport and acessories i purchased arrived very well packaged and for this past two months it made Pork Ribs, roasted potatoes (still have to try the sweet ones ;) ), some beautiful rices, cookies, garlic bread among other things and I am loving it. I initially thought that cleaning would be a hassle, but as it turns out it is not, just clean the tray and use it to clean the Sport and you are cooking with solar.
In summary I'm very happy with GoSun not so much with UPS, and I got my eyes on Fusion in the future.

Ok I managed to contact the customer support by phone call which I should have insisted sooner. The person I talked to was very kind and made me realize that most likely everything on their part was done properly and UPS just wants to charge me the tariffs for my country.
Tomorrow I will contact UPS again and see if It was really my mistake. I am hoping I can review the product soon.

On Jun 18 I ordered my Sport with some accessories and on the 20th I got contacted by UPS requesting information about my order and they said that GoSun did not handled the Tax/Fee part of my payment to them.
UPS and I both sent emails, I sent a ticket through the bot on the site and I've tried calling and never got to speak to anyone.
So in a few days I either go and pay the fees and taxes by myself again to get my order delivered or I let UPS send it back but since I cannot get in touch with a representative I really don't know what to do.
I am writing this review because it seems that here we get some attention.
I have to say as a first impression things do not look well, I have been buying things online for like almost 20 years and it is the first time this happens to me.
