I’ve discovered so many great new artists through their shows, always a good vibe, cool venues, and really well-organised. You can tell the team actually cares about live music and wants people to have a good time.

Brought tickets to many amazing shows, often scan the website to see who's playing and to discover new music in London. Quality of the gigs is always high. Often go see artists I haven't heard of and become a fan. Ticket prices are affordable too :)

Ordered tickets for an artist who’s doing a show this Thursday. Been trying to contact with regards to not receiving the email. Been ignored completely. I have proof of purchase, bank transaction logs however they still won’t respond. It’s currently Tuesday and I now only have 2 days left to get my ticket sorted. The check receipt service on their website keeps telling me it’s sent my tickets but I haven’t got a thing

My partner booked two tickets to see our friend perform. Unfortunately she was sick and we can't make the rescheduled date. My partner has sent two emails requesting a refund, we've had absolutely nothing back, I'm worried we won't get our money back

They put on gigs with genuinely talented artists in cool venues. I’ve discovered a few new favourites thanks to them. Highly recommend if you’re into live music.

Used it to buy tickets for a concert, didn't know the website before. The show was postponed due to artist injury and their team was very helpful in assisting me with the rescheduled date. Finally went to the concert and loved it!

Unfair company and deceitful.
Do not use this website. I reached out right after booking my ticket for a refund cause I couldn't attend the event and the company answered with general email repeatedly without addressing my request in a deceitful way.
