After posting a 1 star review the guys at GoToBeat have responded and refunded and promised to look into the issue so as to make sure it does not happen to anyone else in future. Really appreciate the quick response.

From our side we can see the ticket was sent to your email on the date of purchase however a technical issue could have meant it is showing wrong on our side. Again I will make sure this is resolved going forward.
