I tried to take contact regarding exchange difficulties with the online formular and had no!!!!! response to my preferences.l now have four pairs of these panties to which are too big , they are of no use to me and l made the purchase for an operation that l have in which l won't be able to slip into underwear hence the side clips were going to be perfect if they fit.

I will never ever miss regular pads again. This underwear is pretty functional & feels amazing on the skin. I can’t compare with other brands as I haven’t tried any other, but Gotyu seems to exceed my expectations, and it’s affordable too.

Refuses to refund!
I purchased a bra in two different sizes to try as I was between sizes on the sizing chart. One fit so I wanted to return the other one for a refund. The returns portal only let's you exchange or get store credit, which I didn't want as I wasn't particularly impressed with the bra quality.
I emailed the customer service who continued to try and push an exchange. I said I wanted a refund quoting the UK 14 day withdrawal period which they have said to quote in their responses to reviews here. They finally gave me the postal address (after more back and fourth) so I could post my return to them to get a full refund.
I posted the return international tracked (cost me £8) and even included the free gift they sent in the return. Today I have found out via the mail tracking that they REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY of the return and that it is now being returned to sender. I am so beyond disgusted with the way this company treats their customers. I would never ever buy from them again given this behaviour and will be warning anyone I know to not buy from them. It is within the rights I quoted to get a full refund as I requested the refund the day the order was delivered, and they would have received my return back within 2 weeks if they hadn't refused the delivery!

Watch out, refunds not possible!
I ordered a bra from Gotyu during Black Friday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I chose my size carefully based on their size chart, but the item did not fit: the band was correct, but the cup was far too small. A larger size would have been too loose, so an exchange wasn’t a realistic option.
When I contacted customer service to return the item, they refused to issue a refund and insisted on giving store credit only. This goes directly against EU consumer rights for online purchases.
I explained this multiple times, but the store kept repeating the same policy and refused to process a proper refund. Shoppers should be aware that during Black Friday, Gotyu appears to deny refunds, even though this is not consistent with EU law.
If you expect normal return rights or rely on accurate sizing, I would recommend being cautious when ordering from this store.

I love these period products
The period panties from Gotyu made my live so much better than before with other period products.
I already ordered 3 times at Gotyu and I'm now going to order again. Now and than I had problems to find the correct panty type and the correct size, but the customer service from Gotyu is great. Everytime I sent a question by mail, I received a quick and helpful response.
I already recommended Goty to friends and will do it at every opportunity.

Panties if same size fit different
One of the three panties fits way more wide and because of that it feels quite loose. The other two ones (the string and the one with great) in the same size fit perfect but the described third one is not usable for me.
After writing the review the customer support reached out and send me the not fitting panties in the right size because this one seems to be bigger then others of the same size. Great customer support.

I orderd bras, they didn’t fit.
I had to pay for the return (okay, I can live with that) but they don’t refund! They only give you a voucher to use in their shop.
The customer service is only AI, so there is no one to really talk about the problem!

So First of all, Customer Service is very friendly and super fast! I even got another bra for free, because the first one didn’t meet my needs or I ordered it too small and did not read the product description well enough. How cute is that? I think the Panties are great! I read that a few ladies don’t like this and that, which is pretty normal I would say because you can never meet everybody’s needs. But in the end, I didn’t need any additional plastic pad or tampon, it was good over night, it was comfortable and did a good job. Can definitely recommend and we are going in a great direction with woman’s hygiene. Thank you so much, Gotyu team!

Size of bra
I like the fabric of the bra but the size of the straps are too long. Based on sizing I was suggested to buy xl. I bought a L and the straps are way too big. They keep falling off and it’s very annoying as I cannot make them any shorter.

For bras, a precise fit is key to comfort – and if the straps can’t be adjusted enough, that’s understandably frustrating. Our sizing guide provides a general recommendation, but depending on body shape, the ideal size can vary.
We saw that you already ordered the same model in size M before and exchanged size S to M, so we would have happily exchanged size L for M, as well.

Very clunky and uncomfortable panties
Very clunky and uncomfortable panties. The sizes are totally random. Size 42 is too big, too small, and just right for me, depending on the model. Customer service is poor, the material is ordinary, rough polyester that chafes your bottom. Instead of a normal return of unused underwear, they push a voucher on you, which they later can't redeem because everything is always out of stock. I don't know where all the good reviews come from, but they're probably bought.
Edit: why are you laying? You are proving the worst customer support I have even seen. Unrepossivie and you are informing weeks after orders that they ordered items are out of stock and only after I've sent you an email what is going on with my order. You are pushing people to take stupid voucher and asked about the 14 days return policy didn't reply anymore. Here is my order: 629099 - about not finding you lied again cause it's literally on the same name and surname I have in this review title. Not nice guys not nice

Apart from that we offer store credits and exchanges for returns within the first 30 days after receival.
