The underwear is great.
The underwear is great. However, I find it a bit thick at the bottom because it is so highly padded. But I understand that it has to be that way.
I have a smooth bottom, so my trousers always slip down. I would like a few highly absorbent cotton models, if that's possible. After all, the choice of material also has to do with repelling liquid. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied.

Very disappointing return process – felt completely scammed
I ordered several items from Gotyu to try different sizes, which is pretty normal when shopping online. Unfortunately, the period underwear didn’t fit me well – no big deal, I just wanted to return them. But that’s when the problems started.
In the return portal, I couldn’t even choose to get my money back – only to exchange the items or receive a voucher. Since I had already ordered multiple sizes to try on, that made no sense. It quickly became clear that this is part of their tactic.
When I contacted customer support, they made it extremely difficult to process my return. I was repeatedly persuaded to take a voucher or exchange instead of a refund. Even after I clearly stated that I was exercising my right of withdrawal, I was told to maybe order some more products to try. Only after several emails did I finally get the return address – which, by the way, you can’t find anywhere on their website (clearly intentional).
I also had to pay for the return shipping myself.
Overall, this experience felt like a complete scam and I find their return policy and behavior towards customers absolutely unacceptable.

Please also note that, in accordance with EU law, customers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, during which a refund to the original payment method is of course possible. Beyond that timeframe, we offer a 30-day exchange or store credit option as part of our extended policy.
We understand that online sizing can be tricky and appreciate your feedback — it helps us continue improving. Our team has reached out again to make sure everything with your return is now fully resolved.

I ordered the slightly more absorbent period panties, but unfortunately they look like absolute passion killers or nappies. So far, I've only been offered an exchange for another product; it seems that exchanges with a refund are not possible here. I am very disappointed!

We tried to find your order but unfortunately we couldn't find any information so our customer service was not able to double check and help you with your issue.
Regarding returns: due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept unwashed and unworn items, but we do offer exchanges or store credit to help you find a model that feels right for you. Our customer care team will be happy to assist you with this process.

This product is completely useless. The marketing promises are absolutely misleading.
The underwear is bulky, unbreathable, and really uncomfortable.
Worst part: the absorption is non-existent, even for the lightest flow.
For the price they charge, this is nothing but a scam.
