NO REFUND – Go Voyages is refusing to refund a canceled flights
Go Voyages is refusing to refund for a flight cancelled by Oman Air 5 months ago despite all emails sent
They have stopped responding to my queries and are hiding behind the excuse of "waiting for the airline." or "airline is refusing the refund" while airline has confirmed that the refund has been done
I have already provided all evidence
To anyone reading this: **DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.** They are happy to take your money but will ghost you as long you will have an issue

Canceling Prime subscription
I had a Prime subscription for a few years but haven’t been using it at all recently; while it’s still an unnecessary extra step that we have to call in order to unsubscribe and it cannot be done through the account online, the customers service was very professional throughout the call, proposed inviting offers but still politely guided me till the full cancellation as requested.
